Education via the Internet

The “Riparia” Association of Environmentalists publishes electronic educational publications on its website, which are accessible to a wider audience through the Internet. The use of modern technologies provides many new possibilities for integrating multimedia content and, in addition, by avoiding printing, contributes to the preservation of natural resources.

Bird Research and Ringing

Ornithological research is the most well-known activity of the “Riparia” Association of Environmentalists—an activity by which the organization is recognized. This reputation is the result of many years of field experience, numerous successfully implemented projects, more then 15 accredited bird ringers within the Association, and cooperation with a large number of organizations from Serbia and Hungary.
The activities are carried out by the Bird Protection and Research Section and the Bird Ringing Section.
